Do the monthly and weekly plans include the same product?

Yes. Both include the complete SmallForce HQ, your private OS, every AI employee role, connected apps, websites, and shared business context. Only the billing schedule and included credit allowance change.

What are SmallForce Credits and AI Credits?

SmallForce Credits cover work performed through the platform, such as calls and media generation. AI Credits cover the model usage your employees need to think, write, and make decisions. Both allowances refresh with your billing period, and you can top up when needed.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Your OS and employees stay online. Actions that require credits pause until you top up or the next allowance refreshes. Your files, business context, websites, and existing work remain available.

Are websites a separate product?

No. Websites and business apps are part of the same company operating system. Your employees can build them, deploy them to Preview and Production, connect the infrastructure they need, and continue operating them after launch.

Is there a setup fee or long-term contract?

There is no setup fee or long-term contract. You can cancel from billing settings. Your private SmallForce OS is provisioned when you subscribe.
